Business Analysis

Working with you to transform your business requirements and processes into systems that work for everybody

Signify‘s dedicated business analysis team works closely with our clients and developers to ensure their product requirements are understood and documented (specified) to a standard that ensures delivery matches expectations.

Our business analysis includes web information architecture and design specialties. We cover:

  • Customer engagement
  • Facilitation
  • Research and analysis
  • Documentation (functional and non-functional requirements)
  • Information architecture (user flows, wireframes, site maps, labelling)
  • Usability
  • Interaction design

Signify's Business Analysis Process

Initially we gather (or confirm) and then document functional and non-functional requirements. We prefer to collaborate on requirements gathering and analysis- often our analysts to work on site during this process, so we can engage directly with everyone involved and resolve issues faster.

Clients can feed-back on requirements documentation during the requirements process, and have final sign-off. Signify writes its functional and non-functional specifications in plain English, but with enough detail to be understood by both non-technical clients and developers alike.

Our documents describe requirements in a way that ensures traceability through an entire project: from high level requirements > detailed level requirements > solution specification > test cases.
