Mike brings a pragmatic approach to helping people navigate away from potential problems. With 30 plus years of experience in IT engineering, service delivery, project management, business unit management, account management, and consulting, Mike’s engineering background helps contribute to his pragmatic and planned approach to work.

Office Manager
Avril is the Office Manager for Signify and Circini. Avril has worked in Finance, HR & Payroll and does the Circini financials and tries to keep everyone in line.
Brony Pevreal
Office Manager
Brony joined Signify as the Office Manager in 2020. She has experience in a wide range of environments and enjoys making sure things are running smoothly in the background.
Darcy DeBernardo
Maintenance and Support Manager
Darcy joined Signify in 2017 as the Maintenance and Support Manager. With a BA in Social Work, she is new to the IT world but is always up for whatever is thrown her way, and is a fast learner with endless abilities.
Dean Baines
Project Manager
Dean started his career as a developer and then spent 8 years managing his own website design company, so he has the perfect blend of technical and business experience. A keen amateur photographer, he has a sharp eye for detail and framing an overall picture: Two skills he intends to use in his current position as Signify Project Manager to grow the company.
Nathan Fa'anana
Project Manager
Nathan is an experienced IT and Telecommunications service management practitioner. After a study hiatus he collected a double degree (BCom Majors in Information Systems & Commercial Law, BA Major in Media Studies) and a Master of Software Development from Wellington ICT Graduate School. He joined us in 2019 as an intern with our sister company Circini and has recently returned to the Signify mothership to learn 'all the things'.
Ben Sunko
System Administrator
Ben is Signify's System Admin, also known as 'the grumpy old man with a beard who helps keep the 1's and 0's flowing round the office'. He has a passion for Linux and open source solutions, where possible creating little scripts to solve repeatable tasks.
Charles Ritchie
Solution Architect / Senior Developer
Charles has been in love with technology ever since he got his first Amstrad CPC6128. His interests lie in Android development and Unix based operating systems.
